How was your weekend huh? Mine was awesome... I had never had this much fun with family before, especially now that I'm married, and also other aunties / cousins, I guess it's about time for all of us to reunite through this Family Day (FD)... Knowing that my mom has huge family, so lagi meriah la..and then, last family gathering was 10 years ago.. *zaman zaman saya slim* :p
So, this time around, they decided to have this FD at Wadi Samrah, situated in Janda Baik.. Oh ya, for your info, there are too many home stays provided in Janda Baik, it's all depending on your budget! LOL
Le husband drove us all the way from Shah Alam to Janda Baik, and we arrived at 10.00++ AM ... well, the place memang dalam dalam and agak ceruk ceruk, but once you're there! Fuhhh, Subhanallah, memang cantik tak terkata :D
Antara aktiviti yang dijalankan is of course futsal tournament, where by the guys were required to put on their sarong and also kain batik, so apa lagi... main la mereka beramai ramai :D And the Mystery Game was fun too that it tested our knowledge on our family background... tapi ye la, kalau dah ramai sekali orang main and *dalam otak pikir nak menang*, perasaan luruh and nervous tu memang ada la kann :) But yeay! our team did it.. and Eyende called our team as API... dalam otak dok pikir "Motif?".. haha!

Mereka yang penat berfutsal!
My two lil munchkins!
At night, we had this bbq session.. di mana my dad was the MC for that night, and him being him - very hillarious and entertaining.. I believe all generation had fun having his jokes that night.. Bapak, you did well! :)
And, the highlight of that night was I managed to call my Mama, Auntie Rose, Auntie Azean, Auntie Shikin and Auntie nita to join me singing and dancing to I Will Survive, seriously nampak muda semua mak cik mak cik yang menari! Kellasss Jahh! :)
Le husband dicabar untuk menyanyi oleh fatherin law sendiri - reason being that he is a new comer. Good job baby! :D
Mom and le aunties :D
Menyanyi, jangan tak nyanyi wahai adik adikku :D
With one of my grandauntie - Nanny Pidah
Adreanna - my pumpkin for that night!
**Bukti mak cik macik naik semangat - mak saya pun terbabit*
On Sunday, basically the event was more towards slow, relax and chilling.. everybody was busy packing their stuffs tapi lain untuk my family.. they were busy continuing their never ending karaoke session.. *cakap orang, padahal aku pun sama je*
Feeling tepi tiang - captured by le husband
Opah and me - manja sangat sebab nak betulkan serkup kepala :D
Hurmm.... it was a good weekend, and I'm happy to have the chance to experience this,,,and according to Mama, there will be another FD.. yippie! :D
Hari ni genap tiga minggu I bekerja dekat tempat baru -50 kilometres away from home sweet home and I guess bila dah mention 50 kilometres away tu, faham faham la pukul berapa nak bangun? and tak cukup dengan tu, bila leave the office.. lambat 5 minit pun can bring you major, I repeat MAJOR differences towards the traffic... Well, dalam masa 3 minggu, I have tried so many ways, routhes and path --> oh you name it all here<-- yang dekat and possible sampai rumah my PIL (*parents in law ye akak akak sekalian*)...
So, here comes the fun part.. As you drive, memang la you drive...mata kena tengok depan,,*tapi don't ever be like me.. kadang kadang mata tu senang je nak tengok handphone, seolah olah if tak tengok handphone tu, dia ada kaki nak lari masuk kereta orang lain? oops!* ok ok, enough of merepek kerepek.. let's continue..
As you drive, you akan stuck dalam jam.. and pernah tak terdetik dalam hati korang yang korang akan diperhatikan oleh pemandu pemandu yang berhemah dikeliling you
? Tak percaya? Well, i'm glad to say that i'm one of them :)
Basically, i'm gonna share with you what have I observed. Hehe! Let's do a countdown okay? From the least common to the most common!
5. Senyum Sendiri
Senyum, tak perlu kata apa apa :)
Seriously, adik/akak/abang/mak cik/ pak cik, there's nothing even wrong by smiling by yourself... benda ni kan elok, even our prophet pun cakap,,senyuman itu satu sedekah.. kita senyum je dah dapat pahala.. there must be something yang mengingatkan individu ni pada sesuatu kan? :)
4. Menyanyi @ Melalak Sesuki Lutut
Oh, yang ni I think semua prang pun pernah tengok... Kita akan lebih terperanjat kalau dia leh hafal lagu yang sama dengan radio kita dengar... sometimes you're thinking "eh, biar betik? dia ni ke yang nyanyi lagu kat radio" ye la...kengkadang kalau siapa yang stress tu, siap amik botol mineral and feeling feeling nyanyi.. ala ala konsert kat Stadium Merdeka zaman KRU.. mampu?
3. Borak dengan Kawan
Ha.. ni best la kalau ada kawan ke atau family members sebelah dia... borak borak dalam kereta dah macam rancangan Apa Kata Zamzarina dah! hahaha.. Tu yang kengkadang ikut emosi, bila dah tiba giliran untuk pecut depan, masih sangkut sebijik kereta kat situ..and deyy, you bikin orang belakang marah daaa! :) Selalunya mak cik mak cik and golongan wanita la yang selalu buat ni.. including moi :D
2. Main Handphone
Jangan nak tereperanjat sangat, memang betul la.. Rata ratanya sekarang, asal kereta berhenti sikit je, terus capai handphone.. *sama la macam tuan punya belog ni*... takut nooorrr handphone tu lari ek? :D Anyway, yes.. this is the reality.. kalau dulu orang sibuk SMS, sekarang apa ada hal? cakap je nak apa.. Candy Crush? Temple run? Whatssap? hmm.. u just name it lah!
1. KOREK HIDUNG!!!!!!!!!
Hahaha... serious nak gelak sambil nangis bila type ni..Tapi percayalah, benda ni la yang orang RAMAI akan buat masa stuck dalam JAM! hahahahaha... tak tau la...banyak sangat emas sampai kena jaga lobang hidung dengan rapi kan! :D
Jadi, apa lagi tunggu... buka mata luas luas and tengok la pemandu pemandu kita punya tabiat.. who knows you ada more interesting to do!
p/s; Oh ya, gambar semua dari ikhsan Miss Gorgeous Google :) Life is easy having it with us, don't you think so?
Well, merujuk kepada soalan diatas... siapa yang tak nak anak? haih... before I bebel much, let's go through this so called standard cycle of life...
Childhood :
People will tend to ask you questions like "What do you wanna be when you grow up?
Then, you akan pergi sekolah and make friends... pastu u will start your life as a teenager..
Teenage:
Orang akan mula tanya, nanti nak amek stream apa? Plan nak sambung belajar kat mana?
and the famous warning from our Orang Tua, "Jangan nak berboifren/gerfren eh! Blajar dulu sampai habis.."
Pastu, you pun sambung ke alam tertiary level..
Youths
Orang akan sibuk "concern" about the place that you're furthering your study, atau pun current occupation you - to those yang tak sambung belajar...
Orang akan tanya - Eh, bila habis belajaR? Bila start practicum? and macam macam more la...
Adult- ish
Working Life
Masa ni you dah start kerja, orang akan sibuk compare gaji you dengan gaji anak anak orang lain, anak jiran, mak sedara punya anak tiri, atau paling kurang pun, compare dengan gaji depa dulu dulu... ayat dia lebih kurang mcm ni "Oh, ok la tu... Acik dulu gaji macam tu dah boleh beli rumah", yada yada la mak cik
Pastu standard ah... dah 2,3 tahun kerja.. soalan seterusnya "Bila nak kahwin?".. apa lagi, yang ada pasangan - berpeluh peluh kumpul duit, yang takde pasangan, naik shot otak sibuk nak carik soulmate bagai...
Marriage Life
Bila kau dah kahwin, macam biasa la.... orang akan tanya pasal suami/isteri kerja mana, and paling best sekali bila you look "healthier" than before, orang akan cakap bini/ isteri u jaga dengan baik.. tapi bila makin cengkung "Eh, are you okay? Si A/B ada buat apa apa tak kat you?"... whatever~
Then, lepas 5 bulan kahwin... takde pregnanti lagi, orang akan tanya "Planning ke?" Memang takde isi lagi?"
Well, that's how life is la actually.. mungkin tak ramai mengalami benda ni, tapi I bet most of us are right? Macam sekarang, i'm at the state of people asking me bila nak ada anak? takde isi ke? tak nak nak anak ke? I wish I can just explain and share that I memang nak anak.. tapi nak buat macam mana.. Allah tu maha esa, dia tau what's best for you.. My husband and I takde pun nak reject kalau rezeki tu ada... I can't even wait to raise the juniors us... I bet my children mesti petah bercakap that I maybe tak boleh nak attend... But who knows? All we can do now is to keep trying and also berdoa je kat Allah SWT... and for you readers, doa jugak kot! hehe... thanks!
how's everybody's weekend? As for me, my family and I had organised BBQ dinner for my mom, and of course it was meant to be a surprise for her and we made it! She had no idea about us planning for her and also organising it apart from inviting my uncle to come over...
We started of with planning this occasion somewhere last week, and Alhamdulillah,, adik beradik I semua bagi good cooperation.. This time around, it's more interesting sebab semua in laws are helping and dah makin ramai, so it's merrier you know!
So, after we decided siapa to do this, siapa to do that... ha, bermula la adventure of Yasmin and Hafiz... off we went to Alamanda to get the stuffs to marinade and what not.. balik je dari rumah, le husband kata he's willing to marinade it with me, and yeap.. time is well spent that kitorang sibuk marinade and slept at 3 AM...
We started the event basically dari pukul 6 petang sebab nak set up the bbq pit and all la... Frankly, excited sangat sampai not really makan last night... I had Ain, Qis and also Zulaika with me, as well as my darling lil cousin... apa pun, i'm so proud of you mr husband as you helped a lot last night.. sayang u more lah macam nie! :D
As a daughter, I'm happy to see mama's been smiling and had great laugh with people around her last night... what more do I want actually? Of course to see people around me happy... i think, my husband and i felt happy that people seem to be enjoying their food.. *kiranya tak sia sia la tido lambat, heehehe*
Yang best nya, good food is served, as well as good companion around us... Dah lama rasanya tak rasa macam ni.. :) i'm glad that at least I made my mom smile last night! and thanks to everybody for helping and coming! :D

Hello! This time around, the entry is about thequeen of my heart... :)
It's Puan Arni Amiruddin... Wow, I can't believe time flies so fast that my mom is now 56.. I still remember those days when she went and came back for work... Hehe, especially with her daily routine - checking out our homework from school, which I guess had turned us to who and what we are today... :)
Kalau nak cakap pasal jasa dan pengorbanan mama, memang ltakkan habis and takkan pernah terbalas sebab that's why mothers are special.. :) thanks mama..
Kat sini, min nak ucapkan Selamat Hari Ulang Tahun ke 56, I know you don't like big things surrounded by you, but you deserve it... deserve a day off special.. :) Just so you know, I love you always and no words could describe how lucky I am to be your daughter.. :)
Mom and I - a year a go.. at Jakarta for my wedding preparation :)
In my previous post, I mentioned about my dad who suffered dengue and his situation was so alarming.. The fever is no longer with him and he's recovering - plus dapat cuti seminggu lagi for a better recovery... Anyway, today I received a text from my second brother - informing us about him taking my dad to hospital, along with mom and baby brother, Nanai...
At first I thought it was only a check up with a doctor as a recovery follow up of his past ailment, but nope... according to my brother, my dad's been complaining that he can't barely walk because he feels that the right side of his waist is painful that made him hard to walk and move... My brothers had to slowly walk him down the staircase... and immediately bring him to the hospital for further check up..
Always Loving..
Always - with a good sense of humor that entertain us a lot..
My concern is that, I'm afraid that this is the side effect of his dengue that he had... oh my, this has not been easy for me to accept as Bapak that I know for 25 years is always strong, friendly and tough... Seeing him in this condition makes me not being at ease and worry more...
On the day of my Solemnization..
Please Bapak, I really hope that you stay strong... I'm praying for the best and I wish you to get well soon.. fight for it dad, fight for it our hero...
