Just a random babble on how much I'm enjoying my workout session... I don't need a trainer, all I need is just to read, google and youtube..
But seriously,
I can feel the difference after going to gym more often.. It's because I feel healthier, as well as semangat berkobar kobar untuk nyahkan lemak dari diri ini...but whatever it is, patience and determination are needed to make this happen.. :)
Well, here I am.. not giving up easily...What is there for me to not completing things that I start kan? :)
